•⁠ ⁠Orders within Tamil Nadu are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Orders across the rest of India are generally delivered within 3–4 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Pre-order styles require 15–30 days for dispatch, depending on production schedules and availability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Every outfit undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is packed and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

As each order is carefully quality-checked, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, an uninterrupted unboxing/opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for us to review and process your claim. Claims without an opening video cannot be considered.

To preserve the beauty, color, and quality of your SVARAA outfit, we recommend the following care instructions:

•⁠ ⁠Do not soak the garment for long periods.

•⁠ ⁠Iron on a low to medium heat setting. For embroidered or printed garments, iron on the reverse side.
